Bob The Drag Queen
Biography

The alter ego of non-binary actor, comedian, and musician, Caldwell Tidicue, “Bob The Drag Queen” is a drag performer best known for winning the 8th season of VH1’s cult favorite series Ru Paul’s Drag Race. Currently, Bob has stars and co-produces HBO’s Emmy-award winning and first unscripted show, “We’re Here,” where Bob and the renowned drag queens Eureka O’Hara and Shangela recruit local residents to participate in one-night-only drag shows, inspiring their "drag kids" to express their genuine selves in front of their families, friends, and the larger community. As they work with individuals struggling with insecurities to fully embrace themselves, Bob, Eureka, and Shangela help their pupils unleash their inner drag queens for heartwarming and show-stopping performances, celebrating individuality and self-acceptance while bringing communities together through the transformative power of drag. “We’re Here” garnered an Emmy for Outstanding Costumes in a Variety, Nonfiction or Reality program, in addition to Outstanding Makeup in a Variety, Nonfiction or Reality program during the 2022 award season. The series was further nominated for Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program in its first season. The shows third season recently wrapped December 2022.

Additionally, Bob recently co-hosted the hit podcast “Sibling Rivalry” with her drag sister and best friend Monét X Change. Not actually siblings, but they are an intensely hilarious comedy duo with infectious chemistry. The show has recently wrapped a nationwide 2022 tour.

Moreover, Bob has a highly successful music career with his most popular song, “Purse First” hitting over 3.4 million views on YouTube. Bob dropped his first single of 2022, “Bitch Like Me”, with an accompanying TikTok-inspired video that pays homage to uber-popular and hard to master video transitions the app is known for on September 16th. Following, Bob dropped “BLACK” featuring Ocean Kelly and Basit on November 4, 2022 and will be releasing an EP in 2023.

In addition to his touring, television and music career, you’ve seen Bob in his comedy specials, Bob The Drag Queen Live at Caroline’s, Suspiciously Large Woman and Crazy Black Lady.
